Uncle Joe’s is our seasonal house coffee. It’s always single origin and in season. For this coffee we choose a bean that will please everyone who like coffee. We aim for high sweetness with a pleasant underlying acidity. If you’re buying coffee for someone as a gift and you’re not sure which to choose, this is the one.

The current coffee is Divino Nino from Colombia. This is an classic example of Colombian coffee. Sweet, balanced with delicious flavours. The main flavours are milk chocolate and caramel but it has a lovely clementine juice quality to it. This can be enjoyed as a brewed coffee or for espresso based drinks too.

Whole Bean - If you or the person you’re gifting this to has a grinder we highly recommend grinding the beans yourself.

Fine Grind - Espresso, Stove top pot.

Medium Grind - Filter, Arca X-Tract, Aeropress.

Coarse Grind - Cafetière, French press.
